There is no world without vessels.
One needs the lands throwing their arms between one another in order to create a world.
Sometimes to embrace, sometimes to strangle one another, but more often both together to achieve this.
Once they've reach one another in this fragile and dangerousway, they can never ignore one another again. SNARK is to the surface of the world what Mycorhisian underground networks are to the forest, the shifting weave of the floating world.
In the same way that solid basalt is a cooled liquid, ships are the perfect examples of the vehicles of excchange through which all things are formed.
Magnificents as well as horrifying realities, peacefull as well as warlike, coming to destroy and polinate, ships are children's games, assistants of nightmares and utopias, spirits of adventure, conquest and lucre.
They're human in a way. These ones exhibited in SNARK, as they don't just receive light, they produce it when night falls. At twilight, when it's time to go to bed, the children who prepared their organization leave them to their own lives-the phantom of an abandoned naval battle on the drawing room carpet.
Their fog is interior, their vibration flowing, they first show themselves as an armada rising from the shadows, here in Venice, the world-city, the city of oriental perfumes as well as of fermented marsh odour, they are dual as ourselves.
Placed under the auspices of the only logicien to have crossed the mirror of truths and hunted non- existent game by deep fantasy, SNARK is also the name that Jack London, that master of adventure and seeker of true character. He baptised his last sailing ship, the voyage of his dreams, the vessel of his freedomas as well as his crossing of the Styx. With and between these phantoms squadrons, we'll also see the islands that, likeDelos, the island of gods and merchants, Libertalia or turtle island, which form a floating archipelago, the one of all dreams.
